Sean Murphy is an artist who currently resides in Washington DC. He has been showing art work successfully since 1996. In 2001 Sean's artistic direction under went a dramatic change and he has been using his art as an Evangelical tool ever since.
Sean has shown photography, painting, sculpture, and drawings in Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Washington DC. He has also shot a variety of portfolio work (fashion and band photography), has had work reproduced by the Jones Soda Co. of Vancouver Canada, has donated a variety of work for fund raiser auctions (the Lower East Side Girl's Club in New York, the Monroe county Red Cross 9/11 Fund), and in 2003/04 Sean received Awards of Recognition from the Northeast Photography Club of Pennsylvania.
Sean has taught photography for the Monroe County Arts Council and at the Monroe County Technical and Career Institute. He was also proprietor of a gallery space at 724 Main Street 3rd Floor in Stroudsburg, PA.
